This week’s summer movie for Tuesday and Wednesday is “How to Train Your Dragon” starting at 10:00 a.m., show time is 1 hour 38 minutes, rated PG. This movie is set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, and based on the book by Cressida Cowell, this action comedy tells the story of Hiccup, a Viking teenager who doesn’t exactly fit in with his tribe’s longstanding tradition of heroic dragon slayers. Hiccup’s, world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges him and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view. Bring the kids to a showing of “How to Train Your Dragon” this week at the Conestoga Mall. Single admissions are $2.50 each or get a summer pass for all weekly movies for $10.00. Conestoga Mall is seeking men and women, high school to adults, who are interested in sharing their opinions, ideas and observations about our facility, social media, shopping habits, the community and more. Members look forward to exchanging their thoughts in a relaxed, discussion style meeting bi-monthly. Serving on the 2013-2014 board is a non-compensated position, meetings are held the even months of the year, second Thursday bi-monthly, from noon to 1:00 p.m. and lunch is provided. GI Gaming Guild is hosting a FREE day of games and activities at the Conestoga Mall on April 20th. Come out with the family or friends for a fun day of games, sponsored by GI Gaming Guild or bring your own games out for the day to share. Members of GI Gaming Guild will be here to answer any questions on their organization and how you can become involved. They want to promote gaming in all forms (dice, card, board and role-playing games). Test you skill in a Zombie Survival RPG…will you make it out Alive? Some of the games they will be demoing / teaching are Catan, Carcassonne, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Quarriors, Dominion, Samural Sword, Yugi-OH, Sentinels of the Multiverse and more.
