Customer Service Opening-Conestoga Mall
Part time customer service position now open at Conestoga Mall’s Customer Service Center. Applicant must be able to greet visitors & provide information, gather, receive & convey information, perform telephone duties, act as a security liaison, operate radio & paging equipment, ability to communicate information clearly to customers, tenants, mall staff & mall management, possess good understanding of mall operations & tenant information, rent & clean strollers/wheelchairs, sell and operate gift card purchases, account for cash receipts, make bank deposits, process lost & found items and perform other tasks from supervisor or mall management at times.
Applicant must possess a professional attitude & demeanor, good personal hygiene, personal appearance, willing to dress appropriately for the position and/or wear corporate directed attire, possess good customer service skills, read, write & communicate in English at acceptable level, available and willing to work a flexible level, nights, weekends, holidays and some day hours, and have an acceptable background check.
